6. Production lead times are indicative only for each specific type of product, and start from the next business day of the date of order. If products cannot be delivered to the address specified on your order for any reason, we will endeavor to notify you.

8. Vendor has 7 business days from the date of invoice to contact Integra Trim of any errors in the order. Please let us know immediately and our customer service representative candy.see@integratrim.com will be happy to replace these goods at our expense, if it is our mistake. Integra Trim will not be responsible for the for any claim and/or re-ticketing or re-labeling of any products at factory or store level.
